Thank you for partnering with NOTKA. We are committed to delivering our premium, functional beverage bases to your door safely, quickly, and securely. Below are the standard operating parameters and timelines that govern our shipping and fulfillment system.

STANDARD SHIPPING TIMELINES & CARRIERS Primary Carrier Network: All standard domestic orders are fulfilled and routed primarily through the UPS Ground network. Standard Delivery Window: For in-stock items, orders are processed and handed off to our carrier network within 1–2 business days. Standard transit time across the United States is 2 to 3 business days following the carrier pickup date. Tracking & Diagnostics: The moment your order is scanned at our fulfillment center, an automated shipping confirmation containing your live tracking number will be routed to your email address.

P.O. BOXES, APO, & FPO DELIVERIES (UPS SUREPOST) We understand that many of our customers utilize non-traditional mailing addresses, and we are proud to offer full delivery compliance across these locations:
The SurePost Network: To safely fulfill deliveries to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO destinations, we utilize UPS SurePost. How It Works: UPS handles the high-velocity long-haul transit of your package across the country, then hands the shipment off to the United States Postal Service (USPS) to secure final-mile delivery directly into your post office box. Transit Expectation: Because UPS SurePost involves a dynamic carrier handoff, please allow an additional 1–2 business days of transit time beyond our standard 2–3 day window for final P.O. Box delivery.

EXCLUSIVE VIP PRE-LAUNCH FULFILLMENT MATRIX Please take note of separate processing restrictions if you are ordering during our exclusive pre-launch timeline or via a hidden insider drop:
Founding Circle Allocations: Bottles purchased as part of the early-access VIP pre-order campaign do not follow our standard 2–3 day shipping window. These items are custom-allocated and will be shipped immediately when ready, but guaranteed to leave our facility on or before July 25, 2026. Future Product Drops: Timelines, allocation constraints, and shipping windows for upcoming new product variations or line extensions (such as our summer Gin and Bourbon profiles) will be distinctly outlined and communicated directly inside your VIP invitation email.

ADDRESS MODIFICATIONS & DOMESTIC BOUNDARIES Continental US Only: We currently ship strictly to residential, commercial, and P.O. Box addresses within the domestic United States. Address Modification Window: If you notice a typo or mistake in your shipping address after completing checkout, notify our fulfillment desk immediately at sales@drinknotka.com. We can easily modify addresses right in the backend, provided your specific allocation tier has not yet entered the labeling queue.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS Because our premium vodka-alternative base is bottled in premium glass, we take immense packaging precautions. However, if your carrier route results in transit damage, leaks, or total package loss:

Snap a clear photo of the unboxed, damaged container.

Forward the image alongside your Order Number to sales@drinknotka.com within 14 days of delivery.
Our team will immediately file a claim with the carrier and dispatch a replacement bottle to you at zero added cost.
