REFUND & RETURN POLICY Last Updated: July 11, 2026

At NOTKA, we pour immense craft, premium functional ingredients, and strict quality controls into every single batch we bottle. We want you to experience the complete zero-proof cocktail ritual with absolute confidence. Because we are dealing with an artisanal food product, our policy is built on transparency, consumer safety, and customer satisfaction.

  1. NO PHYSICAL RETURNS ON OPENED OR UNOPENED BOTTLES Due to strict federal food safety and health sanitation regulations, we cannot accept physical returns, bottle exchanges, or mail-back shipments of NOTKA NA Spirits once a package has departed our fulfillment warehouse control. We do not issue return labels, and we ask that you do not mail any liquid products back to our facility.

  2. OUR 15-SERVING TASTE & SATISFACTION GUARD We recognize that shifting your ritual to a premium vodka-style alternative is an investment. Every 750mL bottle delivers approximately 15 premium mocktail servings.

The Guarantee: We want you to thoroughly test the liquid profile. Mix a Mule, shake up an Espresso Martini, or pour a crisp Martini. If you have poured a few servings and genuinely feel that NOTKA does not meet your mixology expectations, we do not want your money.

The Resolution: Reach out to our customer experience desk at sales@drinknotka.com within 14 days of your delivery date. Tell us how you mixed it and why it didn't hit the mark for you, and we will issue a full refund for the product price back to your original payment method. Limit one taste-guarded bottle refund per customer account.

  1. TRANSIT DAMAGE, LEAKS, & ERROR REMEDIES Because NOTKA is safely encased in custom glassware, accidents during carrier handling can occasionally happen.

Damaged/Leaking Items: If your bottle arrives shattered, cracked, or leaking from the cap seal following its UPS or UPS SurePost journey, do not worry. How to Claim: Take a quick smartphone photo of the unboxed, damaged bottle and forward the picture along with your Order Number to sales@drinknotka.com within 14 days of tracking delivery confirmation.

The Fix: Our fulfillment warehouse will immediately bypass the waitlist and dispatch a fresh replacement bottle to your doorstep entirely at our expense, or issue a complete refund.

  1. PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION PROTOCOLS Before Labeling: Because your VIP pre-order is scheduled to ship on or before July 25, 2026, you maintain an absolute right to cancel your reservation. If you change your mind for any reason before your batch enters our physical boxing and labeling queue, simply email sales@drinknotka.com. We will void the reservation and instantly refund your money.

After Hand-Off: Once an order has generated a live UPS routing scan or has been handed off to the carrier network, it is classified as a live food shipment and can no longer be canceled or recalled.
